ARNIS

Arnis is a Phillippine martial art that emphasizes on weapons such as bamboo sticks, knives, blades, and other weapons as well as hand to hand combat. Artis translated means "armor"It has also been known as Escrima or Kali. 

AIKIDO

The Japanese Martial art of Aikido, which means "the way of harmonizing with energy", was created by one of Japan's last Samurai; Morehei Ueshiba. through redirection and energy, Aikido uses, joint locks, holds, pins, throws, and the opponents own momentum against the attacker. It is very effective in it's ability to adapt. 

JEET KUNE DO

Jeet Kune Do translated means "the way of the intercepting fist" . JKD was created by the legendary Bruce Lee. The art of Jeet Kune Do is simply to simplify, it favors formlessness so that it can assume all forms and since JKD has no style, it can fit in with all styles. 

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Comprised of several styles such as boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and jujitsu. MMA's effectiveness lies in the complete arsenal of having ground training, grappling, hand to hand, joint manipulation. 

KENPO

It's translation from Japanese is "fist law". Keno applies study just as much as it does practice. Kenpo's philosophy places study on the healing arts, the cultural arts, and the martial arts. it's primary focus is not to inflict harm, but to avoid conflict,. If physical confrontation is unavoidable, the practitioner will learn to manipulate the balance and the structure of an opponent for optimal results.
